The way we greet people is so important. The effects of our words can be so powerful. If they are negative words they remain imbedded in our memories. If one has a job where you are meeting and greeting the public please use good manners and put on a smile and say a kind word. You will create a beautiful day filled with joy for that person that you kindly greet. A wonderful sense of humor goes a long way and will bring laughter to the recipient.

My husband and I live in Dallas. We went out to brunch last Sunday and it was pouring rain. When we arrived at the restuarant the greeter ushered us in with a big smile and asked us where we would like to be seated. We said by the window and his response was, " you'll have an ocean view and there is no extra charge." He certainly got our day off to a fun and happy start.
